Whether they rate Covestro as “Great Place to Work”, “Top Employer”, or Top Company, the best thing about such rankings is that they are not based on assumptions, beliefs, or hearsay. In fact, the only thing they are based on is the objective feedback of those who know the company best: the Covestro employees.
All over the world, they participated in great score in these surveys – with a record breaking 97% in Mexico. “All in all, we came out as the Number 1 ‘Top Company’ in 10 of the 17 categories,” says Mexican HR manager Antonio Bello. “Among our staff’s most valued items are leadership style, professional growth, Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, and work safety. These results show that our leaders really walk the talk and promote our company culture at all levels in the organization.”
Great Place to WorkWhile the “Top Company” is a national recognition sponsored by one of the biggest Mexican Business Magazines, the “Great Place to Work” certification (GPTW) is a global standard for great workplace cultures. In Brazil and in India, more than 80% of the staff participated in the audit and earned Covestro the coveted distinction. Employees of both countries appreciate Covestro’s strategy, culture, compensations & benefits, working conditions, respect, trust and people focus.
